'Optimizing' with Foden is a weird sentence. He hasn't been a great pick most of the season, and no guarantee he becomes one.

With your 4 FTs towards GW29 I'd:

• Sell Konate
• Sell Mosquera
• Sell Rogers
• Sell Pedro > Cunha?

No hits needed & you'll be able to play a 442 in GW29. Just make the moves when they make the most sense, given the fixtures.

If you want to sell Palmer for Foden, or someone else then that's the -4. Totally up to you.
