Who to Bench?

ive been cycling through options on who to bench all week. I'm a little unsure.

the one ive thought of is Benching Gabriel for Diaz. the attacking returns of Diaz is tempting but his been a Minutes risk where i know Gabs will start and probbaly play the full 90
