you normally want to load up your starting 11 and keep a cheap bench

usually that includes a 4.0 defender and a 4.5-5.1 midfielder

on the bench

as for individual players,
Madueke is a minutes risk, Maddison plays too deep and is out of form

Barnes is also a minutes risk

I would downgrade De Light to a 4.0 (Greaves or Mosquera probably), Downgrade Barnes to a 4.5 midfielder or Rogers (5.1)

and use the extra cash to upgrade Maddison to someone better
