Planning a team to save as many trasnfers as possible/get through gws with forced issues makes balancing long term holds vs short term fixture plays important

Paying up for defenders is rarely worth it over the flexibility of cash to move around attackers/mids. Could change next season, seems tough with the pts system and closer games in general
