if it's a steam account, make sure to launch only thru steam. sounds silly, but i found my alt account (on steam) won't log in via the reg launcher, only via steam where it's attached to

only thing i can think of, check your SWTOR account directly, see which steam name is there, or jsut remove steam and relink it it, if asked, for troubleshooting

my concern is that steam won't see it as swtor being linked, and thats' why the logins fail
