How do I find wherever my story quest can be picked up at if I might have abandoned it in 2019? I have a 75 BH, yet my class story isn't complete. Where can I get it again to pick up (wherever) i left off? Is there an npc to talk to? Any kiosk or droid? Am I SoL unless I get a dev to come hook me up?

Check the Eras tab in your quest log. It should tell you where you are up to in a broad sense. From there the only suggestion I can give is go to swtorista.com and follow the Story Order guide if you at least know which planet you are up to.

you cant actually abandon any of the core/main story missions so barring the incredibly rare situation of your serverside character data just having been partially deleted, your only real option is to check what is in your mission log or available on your ship mission console
