Hi all, I hope you're well, I'm experiencing a problem with my game when I launch the cinematic jedi besieger republic side when we meet Darth Malora I crash at the end of the scene would you have a solution to this problem I tried to make a repair via the launcher but nothing changes.

ok your using intel integrated video, this doesnt meet the game minimum requirements for dedicated VRam of 1GB Vram yours has 128mb
Now so saying that your video driver is also over 12 months old, you can update the video driver at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/208656/intel-core-i31125g4-processor-8m-cache-up-to-3-70-ghz/downloads.html see if that helps

need to see if it is related to traveling to hoth ( this is a different issue to you though )

not worth it, phone support mainly deal with account issues, email as mentioned to communitysupport this goes to the studio not support
although you can create a ticket ingame if a subscriber otherwise if you also email [email protected] this will generate a ticket in the system , once created if i know the swtor displayname i can ask QA to have a look as well

they have become not very beautiful
i'm just on my windows fin out of games but the colors are at their lowest i don't know how to explain it to you

look in the settinggs in the program you used to update the driver , it has tabs like graphics and performance etc , there maybe something there
I dont use this so dont know the settings
