`For the upcomming DS vs LS event I need to bring one of my characters down to Dark side he is currently Light 4. What would be fast flashpoints with decent amount of cutscenes to run? Or even better is there Option to farm these?

The fastest way to get a character to dark side is to start a new character. Even just farming hammer station on a new character would be way faster. It depends on why you're trying to get that specific character to Dark 1 or lower.

the dark side and light side event is NOT coming back... we are going to have access to the lair bosses to be able to gain currency for the DvL vendors but the event is not returning they were very celar on that

there is a crewskill called diplomacy, it starts slow but ramps up rlly quickly
in addition to this, you can do ch1 of kofte in sm as a stealth character to speed up the process
