Is this the highest rank that player can "wear" as Imperial?

i was also looking for something more decorated for my imperial agent to wear, but i didnt find anything

malavai quinn or whatever his name was, has a pretty cool decorated outfit post-alliance

It is, I was looking for more of a immersion fit for finishing main story with Imperial Agent when he will be promoted and stuff, so i wanted to give him set with high rank but not sure which rank is the canon highest in The Old Republic Era in Empire, found only this but not sure if this is canon intel or just fan made

Cause if this would be canon, that means that by wearing Hoth Agent set you're playing in rank of High General, other set of Imperial Intelligence would have Colonel rank

The different is that “thrawn inspired” armor have nothing to do with the Elite tactician uniform except the rank that could be random in terms of just armor set for a game.
