I just bought the HK-55 shroud of memory chapter but can not play it on one of my characters. I surpassed Chapter IX and completed the alliance alert find a finder (Yuun). I got the alliance alert on two characters( I completely Kotfe and KOTET on both of them) but the alert Arms Rasa is missing on my new main character. I’m currently on chapter XIII and according to all the articles I only have to complete until chapter IX in order to be able okay the exclusive missions. Has there been a patch where I need to komplete the entire dlc or is it just a bug? And if so how can I fix it.

Abandon the current chapter you are on. Go back and redo chapter 9. Once you finish it, the alert will pop up. It's a known bug that they haven't fixed
