This can be a ban on the swtor account due to a chargeback, that chargeback can be a steam purchase too

check your purchases on steam, if one was classified as a chargeback for swtor coins or sub then it can lock you out of the servers
They normally allow you back in if it is a once off , so call swtor support when the lines are open they should be able to get this sorted
just be aware if its not the first occurrence then the account is perma banned from the servers

I just had a look on steam, I dont have a single charge back
I emailed customer support asking to resolve it as I am in Australia
nevermind, I have a partially refunded charge back, yeah that would do it

I cant access customer support, I cant do it in game as I don't have a sub and I cant call the numbers as its international

ingame or emailing cant be done if you want to resolve this issue
your only avenue is to call swtor support when the lines are open, maybe use skype or similar , vodafone mobile plans offer free calls to the uk so maybe check with your phone plan too
