#Game crashes to desktop

Ever since the latest patch update, 7.3c, the game crashes to the desktop after a random amount of time. I even got a blue screen at some point and the latest crash was a Windows Explorer crash report, something about the program not working as intended and needing a repair (don't have a screenshot sadly). I tried to fix it by deleting and re-installing a certain directory (retailclient), but that didn't work. I want to run the repair tool from the launcher, but that's locked unless a new patch/update doesn't install correctly.

I also recently update the graphics card drivers, I use a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, but that doesn't fix it either. I have absolutly no idea what I can do now to fix it, I want to play my game again without it crashing.

According to the launcher Diagnostic Tool their is nothing wrong with my hardware and everything is supported

Please, I really need to know what I can do next (other then wait for the next update and praying that fixes it). I am really at my wits end here.

a game cant be the reason of a blue screen it may trigger one , that is a system issue maybe start with checking temperatures as issues like temps will start usually after 10 - 15 mins of playing

If you downloaded directly from the BW webpage, I'm always seeing something about BitRaider. You might need more technical advice on that
