sometimes you have to get really close for it to tick over otherwise try going to fleet or a stronghold then going back, if that doesn't work relog is next suggestion. the next step is what it appears to be just looks like it hasn't clicked over.

no there is nothing there to click, you are thinking right as far as what is next, it's to go through that doorway
when you relogged did you completely quit the game or just log out and back in with that character if you didn't restart the game client that would be my next suggestion.... after that if none of that works I would suggest resetting the mission in the mission log it will play the brief start scene again but may fix it being stuck
