I'm trying to finish the relative harm quest (story) and I have to fight the royal guard, after dying a few times, I spawned in and he was not spawning in anymore, any help is appreciated.

Reset phase, if that doesn’t work you’d have to restart the mission

Or you could do it from your character face

#

By right clicking > phases -> reset phase
