Here’s my 2 cent, the first thumbnail looks good but feels a bit crowded. If you want stronger CTR, make the main character stand out more with glow or aura effects, boost the contrast, and keep the background simpler so the focus is clear. Cleaner and bolder usually grabs clicks faster.

i tested around a bit, and the 2nd one (the one with the big "AURA" text) gives more CTR and watch time
though someone DID tell me do put a stroke on the middle guy to make him stand out more, and use "MOST AURA?" instead of "AURA"
