never start the video with "Alright"
it's mildly boring,
your audio quality is also pretty poor, you can use some AI voice enhancers (like https://cleanvoice.ai/) or just get a good mic if you are rich as f*ck,
inject some emotions while you are speaking, don't read your script like a robot (this is called voice articulation),
keep the text as little as possible on the screen bcz text processing while listening your audio is hard for a human brain (see 1:01,
also nobody is there to read article, they are there to watch a video, right?

the text "ruining THE GAME" in the thumbnail is pretty hard to read bcz it's colour is white on a light pinkish background, make the font colour dark like black or dark brown or something, also the font is weird, also remove the logos (Royal High, etc) from the top, also why there are three lines in the top right corner,

title is incredibly weak (Is Royale High Inflation UNFIXABLE ☕ My Thoughts)
