Lets be honest, I am a new chinese youtuber and i just started to create some videos for 3 months now, no gain subscribers, views like 5-20 average on each video (total 14 videos). I feel like my thumbnails is not that very high attractive to audience and i make it in canva, although i look some other video thumbnails, i tried to recreate that and make it to my own version but it doesnt seems as my imagination. Should i keep using canva or use other website(free) for my better thumbnail

I see what your going for, but the character is too far out of the way. It should be more centralized and the main focal point. However, there's nothing much going on in this thumbnail. If I look at it without the title, I would have 0 idea what the video is going to be about. All I see is a character sleeping. If this was an action game you played, maybe show some action or what happened in the game that relates to a title you pick. If this was a dumb little game about messing with the person sleeping, maybe show a dumb moment you had or something that's ironic that appeals to people. Also for those z's you put, try to pick a color that doesn't blend into the background or add a glow, shadow, outline, etc to make it pop from the dark background.
