So I noticed my latest video is overall flopping, especially compared to the 2nd latest upload

Was looking to see feedback and general thoughts on my channel

Is my channel off putting in any way upon checking my page?

Are my thumbs clickable? - My latest one has a 2.5% CTR compared to an average of 3-6.5% usually

Is the way I edit overall not good for AVG view duration? I seem to be averaging about 4-7 mins AVG so what ways can I incorporate a longer view duration?

That internet horrors video is such a fuckin vibe and you're doing the same shit that I'm doing on my main channel. Your sound design is fantastic and I love the fact that you're covering topics from Mexico and can speak Spanish. Your very well-spoken and the video has good pacing. The thumbnail is interesting and does a good job of explaining what you're about to watch.

Negative:
Honestly, the background music could go down a bit in that newest mysteries video. Other than that, I would love to work with you. I can link my channel, if you're interested but our vibe is VERY similar and I think that you would be a good fit for our second channel as well. Cheers! You're doing awesome! Im going to be very real here and I say this with respect and from a place of concern: Never just accept dms in servers like these, especially for work things

I know you two probably are doing this innocnetly, like, hey thats content like mine! Lets work together! But its usually way more complicated than that and this is a common tactic used by scammers, s4s, and con artists in servers like this (go to dms). Unless YOURE opening up to dms (and you should be very careful with that) and in a spot for that (like #1052207342235688960 ) its seen as a big red flag to be a freshly met person and ask for dms

As for feedback...:

I can give you a quick channel review if you want but Im seeing that your thumbnails arent very strong. Theyre ok, but theyre not super attention attracting or curisosity building. Your CTRs are high because your impression rate is low (sample size bias justtt avoided on a few videos but since this commentary under 10k is usually a sign of low traffic)

I also see a lot of topic jumping? Do you know what you want to do? Horror commentary? But which type? And what do you want your channel to be?

• See if you can play with color and contrast to make your thumbnails pop a lil more. Youre accidentally getting "muddy" or "muddled" color schemes because horror is very red and brown and black. What about playing with white, yellow, blue, or green for more pop? Etc

Ah thats awesome, its a funny niche! It does have lower traffic than other niches so it might be up and down for a while but its a good niche to be in!
