Hey guys, we’ve been doing well with views recently, we’ve been uploading twice a week since like October and we’ve seen the views going up. However we just stopped our old series and started a new one, but this has dropped in views a lot.

Anyone who could watch a bit or just give any advice would be really appreciated!

hey @umbral rapids , I think the main problems here are the following: The thumbnail isn't very compelling (which alone would determine the drop in views). It's way to bland and doesn't really follow the niche's standard for quality (you want a great shot with shaders / a big and intricate build usually). Also, minecraft is a very colorful game, having a dark thumbnail like this could be not optimal to attract clicks. The Title is very bland, it has no hook, no intrigue and it doesn't leave me with a ''mental itch'' that my brain has to ''scratch'' - something like 'Minecraft But We Are On The Moon' would already be way more intriguing and boost your ctr by a lot. I won't go a lot into detail about what actually happens inside the video since it's not related to the topic, but the hook is weak, the pacing is far too slow and the microphone quality should be improved. That bing said, the video has a very cool concept, just try to package it better!

^ great feedback there. Definitely don't title videos as "Episode 1" - you need something more compelling than that!
