I mean, it's ok - what's the title? Putting the game's name behind an image and calling it a day won't get many views. Try adding text that pairs well with your title - something about your video that will make people won't to click on it

yeah, so thats a good title, but having the title in it feels a bit redundant. But that's just me. Why is it the king? Maybe 1-3 words that make it that way can be used instead. Like:
- Relentless Tension
- Visceral Fear
- etc I don't really know the game

you're not stupid, thumbnails aren't easy. Try A/B testing with one saying OUTLAST, then another with something else instead
