I have just started a channel on ambient sounds / lofi music. It has so far 7 videos and 2 shorts. I use VidIq / chatgpt etc for SEO optimisation, title, description and tags but i've got views like 8, 16, 4, 40 etc. I also don't have any external subscribers yet.

You can also give feedback like on my latest video - https://youtu.be/1B5KkBwCFEo?si=Yx-48cbaK82SzYre

Is there something wrong with sound or the duration of this or any other feedback or advice would be helpful.

A lonely boy stands still, watching from a distance as the girl he once loved walks away with someone new. No words, no gestures — just memories and silence.
I still miss you.

I'd say the lofi niche of youtube is a pretty hard one to get into since there are some big channels (e.g., lofi girl) that people will go back to and rarely try out new stuff. I think to get people to watch your videos, you have to make them care about you/your content.

**Why should I listen to your tracks and not others? **

If I click on your channel, it feels a bit random and gives me AI vibes, something I wouldn't really want to watch/listen to (personal opinion, not meant as an attack). If you look at "Yellow Cherry Jam" for example, there you have the feeling you get to listen to music together WITH the artists. You see their dog grow up throughout their videos and them having fun at really nice places. That kind of video/music draws you way more in because it's something personal and tells a story.

Also, you’re asking for feedback on things that are 10 days old. Since you’ve put out that many in 10 days, without even watching I’m going to assume they are relatively low effort or very samey to other channels.

I'm throw in my few cents.

this is a TOUGH niche you're getting into. it's one of the most oversaturated and easily automated, so it's a lot of bots.

even then, unless you're one of the few big ones (afford mentioned lo-fi girl) most channels don't actually get a lot of views.

looking through some of the channels that do what you're doing. a lot of them are one hit wonders with average content around >10k

at best you can attempt to find a niche within here. (you might've seen "Nintendo music to chill to" and then lean into videogame music).

your collection is pretty scattered though I think you should keep it that way until you find something that works
