The animation is really good, did you edit in this style for others before? whats your background with this style of animation.
I feel like the narrator could be a bit louder in comparison to the sound effects, sometimes its overpowering the voiceover narration, and also the pacing of the narration can be improved

I think the animation and pacing are good. The problem is the narration. AI sometimes does some weird pauses, and also makes it feel generic. You should switch to real narration, or maybe try other better AI narrators.

This is actually my fourth video — I’ve been developing this animation style specifically for a new YouTube channel I'm building.
The characters are all original designs — I wanted a clean, high-contrast look with stick figures to keep the focus on the story and pacing. Still learning a lot as I go, but it’s great to hear the visuals are landing well!
About the voice-over: I totally get what you mean. I'm planning to improve the mix and pacing in the next video.
So far, I’ve tested a few AI voices, but honestly… most of them still sound a bit off or robotic to me.
If you happen to know any AI voices (or real narrators) that sound more natural or emotional — I’d love a recommendation!

Totally agree — the AI narration is still the weakest link. I'm working on improving the pacing and flow in future videos.
But yeah… AI voices often sound a bit too flat or robotic. I’ve tried a few, but none really hit the right tone yet.

I think the narrator is fine and sounds clear enough. You could manually add gaps in parts of the generated audio as you listen and edit
