Hello everyone, I am wondering is this thumbnail eye catching enenough and good for CTR. It's for a video which I'll talk about a myth/legend of a girl built in castle walls. I want your honest opinions. Thank you to everyone who spend some time opening my request.

I think it’s cool! If you absolutely must add anything, I’d put a small moon in the top left corner to balance out the white that is heavy on the right side of the thumbnail, or maybe move the text to the left

I mean, opened Canva, and there is examples of thumbnails, on which u just started my own thumbnail, without changing the size

I just opened up my image editing software and I can confirm that this image is in fact not 16:9
so it'll be cropped like this by youtube

I will say, that AI thumbnails usually don’t perform well, if you’re gonna have a generated background, at least do the text yourself so that you can make it bigger, bolder, and easier to read. As it stands the thumbnail is too dark, and text too hard to read.

which is easiest to read, and would be therefore easiest to click?

#

There plenty of things to fix. But I already stated what was wrong, too dark, text too small and hard to read.

#

doesnt follow rule of thirds either

#

Theres nothing in that thumbnail that adds curiosity or makes someone want to click either
