no but i’ve recorded it
Edit it. Put it together. Brainstorm in the meantime. I’m sure it’ll either come to you the time it’s ready…and if not then maybe you can share the video and refine it from there.
… what kind of feedback is that? I said that I wanted help workshopping a title, not “yeah you got this”
There’s nothing to give feedback on.
That’s more of a collab query, than a feedback query.
Strong, Clickable YouTube Title Options:
“I Tricked My Friend Into Playing a Game Show Alone”
(Simple, clean, clickable. Feels like a story worth clicking into.)
“He Thought It Was a Multiplayer Game Show… It Wasn’t”
(Sets up mystery and punchline. Strong curiosity angle.)
“I Made My Friend Compete in a Game Show Against… No One”
(Leans into the absurdity — funny and clickable.)
“Gaslighting My Friend Into Thinking He Wasn’t Alone”
(A bit edgy but will do well with certain audiences — plays on the viral 'gaslight' meme.)
“I Built a Fake Game Show to Mess With My Friend”
(Feels more engineering/devious, good if there’s visual effort involved.)
“My Friend Thought He Was Competing on a Game Show. He Was the Only Contestant.”
(More storytelling — strong for retention.)
“He Thought He Was Winning… But There Was No One Else Playing”
(Funny twist for comedic delivery, strong payoff title.) - anything along these lines would probably be good. In the future i'd suggest making a title and thumbnail prior to any recording.
Thank you! Especially describing the pros and cons of each. You rock
Do you think the first one would be better if I swapped tricked for gaslit?
Ya i know it’s technically the wrong usage of the word but whatever
also, making title and thumbnail prior to recording is an interesting prospect. Haven’t thought of that
It can be hard sometimes, but if you can’t make both of those then the idea of the video probably isn’t the best.
