My next video is on a newly released Roguelite called Blood Rush.
The title will be something along the lines of "This NEW ROGUELITE is Incredible!" , "Ultrakill Inspired ROGUELITE...?!" , "This New Roguelite is so UNDERRATED!" etc.
I've not finalised the title, and often im not the best at coming up with one, so any advice / suggestions towards titles and the thumbnail is incredibly useful. I appreciate it a lot! Thanks! ❤️

My addition to it would be: Blood Rush: The Ultrakill Inspired ROGUELITE
The thumbnail is awesome. It has all the elements it needs, and positioning is good. Very cohesive.
Assuming character you have there is one distinctly from that game.
If I were to make changes it would be to reduce amount of elements, rather than adding anything new.
I believe Cult of the Lamb is a rougeLIKE, so while it does fit the spot, it would be first to go if anything.
That narrows focus on the two relevant games it is emulating/inspired by.
Do like the effects for the "Roguelite", and the Position of text is good (over and under gun).
The text is fine, but you could replace it with game title, Blood Rush (maybe full caps), with each word replace current position.
It could either maintain that effect you have there, or one could be fully red and the other text white.
The font could remain the same, or maybe utilize the game font/title used for it.
If that is done then drop the "Blood Rush" from title I suggested (to remove redundancy).
Background is fine, maybe colors changed around, but just nitpicking on that.

I like the graphic. Especially the ‘NEW’. I lean towards UNDERRATED, cuz it gives me the feeling I’m missing out on something….and inspires a click.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestion on the title, as said by another, I think I’m leaning a little more into the Underrated one as it’s a bit more intriguing. I don’t want the title to give EVERYTHING away, just enough.
Yeah the character in the thumbnail is the main one you play within the game!
That’s fair about removing cult of the lamb, it just looked a little weird with only 2. I’ll mess with it a bit and send a Test version with just hades and ultrakill as the inspiration is definitely from those two.
About the font, I want to keep NEW as I think it helps sell the video a little more. Makes people want to see what’s just come out and if it’s worth buying. I get that not having the game title might be an issue tho.
The background I tinted green because the asset of the character I took and upscaled has the green shading on so I tried to match the lighting for that! Does it look weird enough to change?

The lighting you did does justify and better place the character in that background, so it can remain as it is. Was more a nitpick than issue.
While I understand you don't want to give everything away, I do feel either inclusion of its name "Blood Rush" (in either title or thumbnail) or its inspiration "Ultrakill"/"Hades" in the title aids in bringing people in, vs more generic leaning title.
Noting your affinity for that title though, and since it doesn't hurt to have options, some others for consideration would be:
This Ultrakill Inspired Rougelite is Underrated
The Underrated Ultrakill Inspired Rougelite
The Ultrakill Inspired Rougelite Experience
I like the last one best, though unsure of your format for reviewing games to know if it fits the vibe. I might omit "Inspired" from title for those, but up to you on that.
Ultimately just suggestions, and up to you to determine what works best for you from anyone's advice.

The thumbnail idea is great, but you could simplify it a little, for example if your title is only "ultrakill inspired", then only put the ultrakill jacket behind the character
The text is also pretty good, I'm not the biggest fan of the font but it might just be me
