what's the video even about and what's the title?
It's kind of impossible to judge the thumbnail without know that
If you look at a thumbnail and you can't immediately tell what the video is about OR you dont immediately curious about what the video could be about OR you don't recognize something of interest that compels you to click, then that's a concern.
What does this thumbnail do to attract the attention of your audience? What information does your audience need to know in order to be convinced to click, and does this thumbnail express that? And what curiosity or point of interest is there to compel them to do so?
