i think ur niche is just a hard niche to do well with in 2025, if ur really into keeping it zombies related you could do things like "learning how to make a custom zombies map"? would be a really high effort video though

ur scpsl stuff looks to be doing good! i didnt know some servers still had team killing :/ got banned for that so much back when it was mandate to have on lol

if you wanna do what youre doing now but with variety id suggest trying streaming and aswell as yt, stream, save the vod, upload a video, first 5 seconds is like a shock value or something crazy/funny that happened then a little 3 seconds pop up of "streamed on ttv/[]" and then the rest of the video as normal

can still do what you do now and have more opportunity for growth, i think itd be hard to do without considering your content style, id suggest multi streaming if youve got the hardware as twitchs algorithm can be quite cruel and doesnt usually promote smaller streamers so alot of your audience would be directly from your videos.
