I remember learning about that. I'd say the context doesn't match the image. It was the FBI right? Or army? Either way, having their logo or people shown in the image carries more weight. Top looks like a racing show, bottom text just looks odd (too much space with the red). However, the red mist creates more curiosity

The clean font and bold colors with a solid background really draw in my attention

This one doesn't have a great font and the white blends in too much with the background
