Hello,
So I'm new on YouTube, that Is, although I stream on twitch and I decided to start posting the VODs but I'm a bit stumped and I'm not sure what direction I should go into.

If you guys could just look at my channel and (Don't watch the videos they are bad, I'm just trying to get used to recording and posting while I get better at well talking) just give me some general feedback. I mostly post VODs of my twitch channel and those videos are acting weird. By that I mean some have a higher view count then others and I just cant figure it out.

So I was hoping I could get some outside POV's to help with the overall look while I get comfortable with .... posting?

There is the channel Link again please don't watch the videos they aren't very good at the moment, and I'm working on that. Thanks a bunch

Your YouTube VODs are performing differently due to factors like watch time, retention, and traffic sources. Check YouTube Analytics to identify patterns.

Instead of full Twitch VODs, try editing them into shorter highlights to fit YouTube’s audience. Make sure your thumbnails, titles, and descriptions are engaging and optimized for search.

Engagement matters respond to comments, encourage likes/subscriptions, and stick to a consistent posting schedule. Tools like vidIQ and SocialBlade can help analyze performance.

Also, Twitch is limiting stored Highlights from April 2025, so plan ahead.
