I think thumbail and title shouldn't be the problem.

Is the game itself involved in some kind of controversy? Do some people hate it, do some love it and you spoke too positively/ negatively about it?

I wouldn't say controversy, but it's made by devs who are known for making buggy games on launch. Right now, the game isn't quite ready, but I highlighted the pros and cons of its current state. But it seems my title/thumb changes are working, it's starting to pick up again
