Can any of you fine people take a look at my channel and provide any feedback please?

I think I'm doing everything right but unless I'm expecting too much I don't seem to be getting the growth and views I expected.

Thanks,massively appreciate the feedback. I am the dad Esme my daughter is the star obviously. Is there anything that could be done better from my POV ie editing, descriptions, thumbnails etc ?

The editing is good since its a blog hiking channel you don't need to edit much stuff what i suggest is looking at other hiking channels and see how they do their videos I've seen them have shots of different locations that they're going on their hikes and then they have their intro so maybe show off the scenery, and maybe find better sound effects that fit the hiking vihe maybe use youtube audio library and for the thumbnails you can have a picture of your daughter facing the camera and since your first video got the most views maybe try doing that style of thumbnail font but with different images and it may take time but people will fall in love with your daughter and tune in just for her it might take a bit of time but you're doing something unique and people like hiking so it might be that youtube hasn't pushed your videos to the right audience yet but you'll see results if you be consistent and tell a story like your already doing
