I understand my videos are a little rough as I practice and learn how to tell a story in the medium i've picked (silent, lifestyle vlogs)- but even though I've tried to tick the boxes and keep matching the quality of those like mine, my videos keep flopping... Any advice? Is it thumbnails? on first glance, what are the issues with my channel?

Understand this, becoming a youtube creator isn't a walk in the park for majority of people. You'll have times where your videos flop, that is fine as you're learning from it.. like now.

First thing I notice is the low quality footage you use, if you're gonna use footage, try and find the highest possible quality for that specific clip. Small things like that will improve the quality drastically.

What are you thoughts behind the random filters? E.g. @ (0:16, 0:19 & 0:32)
They fill no purpose and makes the quality worse, even with the slowmotion @ 1:44
