#Why did one of my shorts do so much better than others?

I have made a few shorts from my Stray gameplay (a video game where you play as a cat) and I'm wondering why one short does significantly better than others, does anyone else want to think of why? It got 67% VVSA and 142.6% AVD.

I can think of a combination of fast pacing, surprise and entertainment, I tried to replicate it in later ones but wasn't able so far.

The short in question is: https://youtube.com/shorts/pHpZ7U0XC70

Also, I'm pretty sure my first video has hundreds of similar ones out there already so it was never pushed, and the one with the glitching books could be nice but it was definitely too long

this is really tricky.....honestly I have no idea why your robot short was so much more successful than your others. It could be that you created something that wasn't covered yet in that game, and it caused enough intrigue, as show by the viewed rate and Average % viewed. I'll say that the "Robot Playing a Guitar" short was fun, but too long. In your case, attention spans will be erratic for something like music. They are even erratic in MY music niche, and I'm constantly trying to find ways to keep up avd by improving my editing and visuals.
