Is Capcut or Davinci better for gaming videos?

I mean it really depends on how technical you plan to be with edits? Davinci allows for some creativity. If your doing basic shorts then you can use capcut no issue.

probably capcut but 1 or 2 tutorial videos on davinci and your good to go.

i think capcut is much easier to use. Davinci resolve is much more complex and nuanced. But it really depends on what you are planning to do. Only some editing....i guess capcut will be enough. Do you also want to color grade and make some texts, effects, voice over, music,....i would chose davinci

I do gaming videos so I don’t really need color grading of anything that will enhance irl footage

I mean davinci Isnt really something I can just try, it usually takes a year at the very least to learn

So I was trying to see if it has more potential for gaming videos than capcut so I don’t waste a year or 2 for something worse

that's not true at all lmao

it might take a long time to really master it, but you can get started pretty quick and then learn on the go

for overall potential, davinci will give you the most power

but it really depends on what you're aiming for
