Help choosing which direction to go and what tweaks might be good for each

Maybe make most of the habits blurred on the first one, it will make people have to watch it

1st Option - has numbers, but very hard to read everything. My eyes jump all over the place
2nd Option - creates more curiosity, but text doens't stick out.

I'd go with option 1, but change the red 5 to white, and remove the drop shadows from both text and number. I'm not the biggest fan of the post it notes (too much text on the screen), but that's just my opinion. I'd use a similar comparison like this, minimal text, but people recognise what's going in the pic, but want to know how to get there.

Or in the second thumbnail, notice how easy it is to read from far away? Plus you're not giving too much away here. I'd try recreate "What I eat in a day" style, but then replace the images of food with 2-3 full screen images of you eating and running, or something.

Again, just my opinion

I was thinking along the lines of something like one of these:

  • First one - no text, but the images create curiosity (airplane mode, something about working on the computer, 87% water?)
  • Second - includes text, but shows items but doesn't give away what to do with them, also she's smiling
  • Third - shows man (might be your target audience, with a stack of books, so he should know what he's talking about)
