I do it myself it’s just people got clippers plus I pay when I see results you can’t just pay to pay yk, it goes both ways if you’re reputable and know what you’re doing it’s worth it but if you have experience and don’t try just to finesse it’s also not, it’s more about teamwork and networking and clipping but reading these replies ig money is everything especially the guy saying $5 a clip that’s absurd no clipper/ plug makes that much unless they’re established; clippers get paid bro just not tapped in, if anyone serious wants to clip/plug not on my channel but on an alt I got all the steps, etc in my discord and can give the discord will discuss payments, etc after I see some work, etc and decent results

It ain't that deep, it's not that people are money hungry or anything. You're just not conceptualising society and the reality of things.

You are literally asking people to put in some form of labour for you. It would make sense to pay people for their time regardless of how the job goes.

When you get a haircut, you're paying a human to put the time, knowledge, and physical actions that coincide with getting a haircut. You then pay them for those things. If the haircut turns out bad, you can't just not pay them under the mentality "I pay when I see results"

You can't possibly expect someone to spend HOURS of their time watching through your streams, cutting specific sections, and editing them for NOTHING, under the hopeful notion that you might get paid next to nothing for their time and efforts.

I have clippers, plugs on TikTok but not on YouTube a haircut and clipping and plugging is not the same, people can get paid from the TikTok creator program, etc and they grow an account too so if they wanna stop they’ve established something, that analogy doesn’t make sense here at all what and the resources now making clipping, plugging so much easier it’s for the support and love of the creators, you can clip so easily now because it’s built into the platforms, after you can just use a free editor, y’all are just making everything deep in here while I’m tryna build connections and network with likeminded people who care about the content and not about the money straight away because when you think like that nothing but laziness goes into it I’ve seen it first hand, making a bulk of clips now takes no time it would just be better for me as I get to stream for longer and they would be helping me out as a fan/supporter being established takes time ofc for anyone starting out but the growth is faster together you go further, etc, most of these clippers for these pages don’t interact and aren’t willing to work in with there clippers/plugs like I am and would be doing this no matter the size

No, because it's just you benefitting. Sure if you let us own the "fan account" we can get some kickbacks if we get monetised, but it's still your name and brand winning overall. Why should we rely on your content (which could be bad, idk) to get monetised when we could make our own?
