#Do You Think these Simplified Titles are Better?

Packaging eh?
I feel like the text is a little hard to read in the thumbnails
The titles are okay but I actually kinda liked the old ones
yeah I'll try to work with contrasting colours for the thumbnail texts
Honestly maybe the font too
and titles I liked the old ones but sondre suggested that I should simplify it in a manner that attracts the common person without being too complicated
I was looking for some better pixel fonts, do u know of any?
Not sure sorry
I'm sure dafont has a good few for you
I agree with the text in the title, sometimes it's readable sometimes it takes a second glance. I personally like the length of the titles, but as long as it doesn't get cut off on the phone I'd think its fine. You want potential audiences to be able to read all of your title
Legit look at the fonts that aren't int English... They usually still have English characters, but like all the Japanese fonts I looked at were so cool
And that's all on googles font database or free to use fonts
You can focus on having the first 50 characters be "for the broad people" but then keyword stuff beyond that mark like normal
gotcha
yep my previous titles were like "Everything you need to know about fnaf into the pit(full story, hidden secrets and references) etc"
Like the font I used for my channel banner is specifically a Japanese Google font
uhm that was my approach but I don't wanna be stuck in the box of the guy who just shows me all the endings and i feel like i am that for now
people skip to the parts where there's the endings shown
I use new courier, because of the old timey feel if I wanted more slick modern look, bahnshift (which I like to make the letters longer of) or helvetica give a very clean look
I'm trying to change that to being the guy who shows u interesting horror games
I mean doesn't "The Complete Guide to FNAF into the pit" cover all that but more concisely?
Exactly
yes but the issue becomes that this is more like for people who are already fnaf fans?
and i have viewers who never cared for fnaf
I'm trying to make it so that I can make them care for a horror game they didn't care for before
I mean, if they're interested they'll click, if not they won't simple as
i took a bunch of influence from pyrocynical and some other channels
pyro uses these kinds of titles and it's kinda smart
because "interest" comes in like two ways.
Either I can be the fnaf guy and only fnaf fans would check me out (channels like Dawko, Ryetoast, Id's fantasy, Fuhnaff)
or I can be the guy who plays anything horror and make people care about it (Markiplier, Game theory, etc)
and I don't wanna be the first group of people, I want to be more flexible
and I am trying to thus make people interested in a random game they didn't care about
and that seems to be pretty tough
He does have his name behind him though
A lot of big youtubers can get away with bad titles
Smaller can't
ofcourse but there are people who make it because they make people care about a game
like the guy who got famous playing That's Not My Neighbour
