i like it, you can also put it on bottom left side but this isn't bad at all. Maybe a more purple colour for the text? since the thumbnail is more purple heavy

i like how im just adding text in davinci now, i used to do paint but davinci is so much better xD

I think A/B testing may not be a bad idea for you because you have two that are both looking good and it’s a subtle difference sort of deal
