Hello, I have recently started my new YouTube channel to go towards my dream of creating content on things I like gaming have been doing half of my life. The views are decent but I struggling with retention rates and subscribers. I think my voice could be issue and off put some people so just looking for advice any kind would be helpful.

Hey there, watched a couple of your videos. They're pretty good and pretty cleanly edited. It seems that you've uploaded a couple shorts as well, keep uploading those on a more regular basis as they're proven in increasing your growth. Cross-promoting your videos to other social media like Instagram or Twitter can also help you widen the variety of viewers that watches the video. The content itself is pretty good, one advice is to lessen the amount of "Ummm" or "Uhhh" you say between sentence. You can write a script beforehand to help with this.
