Sharing this as hope others can learn from the question I'm about to ask, I released this video yesterday:

I thought it would perform well, but in practice, people aren't watching it for as long as usual (usually see anything between 3:30 -> 5:00 mins). This one has an average of 3:00 so it's a fair bit lower.

Thought I'd put it out to the community. I can't quite place why people watched this for less time, and was wondering if you guys have some theories on how retention might be improved 🙂

Is it too slow paced? Too samey?

Really great observation bud. Sometimes you’re blind to these things when you’re the one making them 😅

After watching it back, you are right, the first round is much less interesting than the others. Perhaps a better order (or cutting it completely) would have been better 🙂
