5 for sure, then you have that space in the top left to put a word or two of text if you would like

I agree about 5. It shows off the big project which is insane for hardcore gamemode, with a nice angle that leaves optional room for text

Yeah, and to mention, no 5 is easy to see and understand, a few things on it and easy to catch. Unlike no 1, 2 and 6 which has to much details for a thumbnail.
