Any advice on how to make my longer videos better? It feels like my shorts get way more views even though I don't spend any time on them. However my longer videos and the whole I spend time editing don't get any love unless my ranting.

Your content is so confusing. It's all over the place. And you yourself describe it as a cartoon channel, then a self-improvement channel.... But then again you kind of disclose that you haven't even made your mind up, what kind of "niche" (ergo what kind of content) you wanna do.
Do your subscribers watch your short/long vids, or is it non-subs? How's the overall retention and all that?? Are you just ending up in peoples shorts per chance?
I can't seem to find anyone commenting on your content or engaging with you in any way, although there should be enough people caring by now (170 subs...?).
I don't really see the "putting more time" into your "long" format videos - you're partially using the wrong format, don't use proper thumbnails and the impression I get is that this is just a random person ranting about random things. 🤔
