From what I can see is that you don't even seem to believe in yourself. You wanna be a big shot on YouTube - which is a great long term goal, but you're giving your audience NOTHING of you. Why care about someone, who wants "100k" subs, doesn't show his face, doesn't talk to the audience, says he does X exercises every day, but shows nothing of said work (= no content).
The only vibe you give off so far is a "spammy kid" that wants subs for zero effort.
So what to do?
First of all, give your audience sth. You don't wanna show your face? That's perfectly fine. That's your decision or perhaps you're not in a situation to do so.
But at least talk to your audience. Tell & show them your efforts, who you are, give them reasons to engage with you and care about you and your goals, maybe even give them opportunities to challenge you, etc...
Next... if you write "details in the description" and your description says nothing of value, then you did it wrong...
You have to use the opportunities YouTube provides you with. Write meaningful descriptions with keywords and perhaps hashtags, so you will show up in the youtube search, the algorithm knows what to do with your content and who to show it to.
Last but not least, put in some real effort, because anyone can stand around in a white shirt and ask for 100k subscribers / likes / whatever.
Good luck. 🍀
