I know the voice is not the best, but it taught me a lesson after viewing it afterwards and have improved on that for my next video. However, there are probably tons more I can improve on and suck at. For example, I am unsure if the "intro" of the video is ok and same goes for the "outro".

And yeah, all of it, thumbnail and so on..

Intro I wouldn't start off so strong with asking for subs. Maybe save that for the outro. The voice it seems like you know but a lot of folk don't like ai voices too much. From a strictly audio POV I think adding some music along with the ambient water noises could have helped with building tension. Thumbnail I think is fine but I would change the text, not entirely sure what I would but a normal advice piece given is don't have repeating text or overly similar text in thumb and title.

The storytelling itself could be improved a bit cuz it just sort of ends. It might be the tone of the voice you used but it didn't feel like there was a shift in emotion for the characters. I think a good podcast to check out would be Creepcast from PapaMeat and Wendigoon. They dissect horror copypastas and dive into what makes a horror story good and spooky.
