Your voice is perfectly understandable, it's not too monotone, and the level of inflection is perfectly fine. Penguinz0 became successful with a voice significantly more monotone than yours (look at a video of his from like 2017 and you'll see what I mean), just remember that if you ever doubt what I'm saying in regards to that. Audio sounds great, no comments from me.
It could help, if you're still in doubt, if you did 2 takes of the first minute or so of your next video; one normal, one more energetic; see which one you prefer, and then record the rest of the video in that voice.

I'll be honest, I did lose interest about 45 seconds in, but this is mainly a scripting/subject issue; from what I saw, you're presenting a straightforward, factual account of the events that have transpired, which is great for people who are directly interested in the topics you're talking about, but not appealing to broader audiences who would be more interested in opinions/speculation/emotion
