Putting out a vid soon, so as per usual tryna find feedback on a thumbnail. Other people who talked about seasonal depression seemed to use a similar idea of the duality. I mainly get stuck on color usage since being colorblind i rely on color codes from an ai to convey moods. Titles probably gonna be The Winter Blues Explained (with anime) or something. I'm not sold on any title or thumbnail so any feedback or input is appreciated.

I like the thumbnail being split in half but I think there is too much text. I would just probably put “seasonal depression” in large in an easy to read font. Maybe “seasonal” on top and “depression” at the bottom? Even if you don’t remove text, I think there are too many different fonts right now. Good job on the main idea though, not much that needs changing besides text! This is just my opinion of course.
