I wouldn't say the voice in itself sounds like you're sick, it's more the audio quality, or rather where you record maybe ? I've checked briefly on other videos and it does sound very different from some of your other voiceovers, did you change something about how you record ?

Oh, that's why it sounded quite low indeed, and with a boost on the bass (maybe it's the room that erm... resonates a bit ?) ! For the accent I struggled a bit at first, but it's just me, no worries.
