I have pretty crappy retention rates. Average viewer duration of 50-60%. I'm not sure which aspect of it is keeping people from sticking around. I've only been doing this for about 2 weeks.

I think you should give them a hook like you should show the end result for the first 10-15 seconds most of them will wait to see how you get the result
