Lia, I watched just the beginning of your video. I would personally use some natural light. Maybe shoot during the day in front of a windows to make it look more natural? With this settings it looks like a video recorded in the 90s. Or maybe that’s the vibe you were going for? Also, the tea pot is too big and slapped in front of the camera takes away the focus from you. You can pour your tea, move the pot outside of the view and just leave the tea cup visible in front of you, that’ll make it easier on the viewer. What do you think?
You can tell someone is 🇵🇹 by their accent 😁
that sounds good yes ty ty i also thought of suing a natural light
i believe thats a good thing ahah, ill soon make a video which mentions portugal so ill be putting subtitles in portuguese aswell
A couple of things. You need to learn how to do lighting. Its very easy - look of a basic 3 point lighting setup on youtube and buy some cheap lights online. You also need to record better audio. Spend $100 an a entry level mic if you can. The viewer is already going to feel disconnected if the video is audibly and visually "off". Secondly, I watched the first half of the video and it seems like you're trying to make a commentary channel about politics or current issues. If you're going to do this, you need to focus on the "why". Why is someone going to go to YOUR channel and watch you talk about these topics and not someone else? Watch a similar creators content and try to make a similar video but 10x better. You also need to learn how to edit and break up the rambling. Its very hard (for me too) to get your point across in one take. Ask yourself if you, yourself, would personally watch this video if you didn't know you. You should only post a video if you have something relavent to say, so find that thing, make the thumbnail/title related and start there - but you have to focus on the technical side. There are plenty of resources available for you to learn. The tea niche could be a useful segment but the delivery isn't there yet.
ok ok ty ty ill keep all that in mind
