maybe I'm too behind times but I honestly thought that the point is to tease everything that is in the video and what you are talking about. This thumbnail perfectly conveys everything from the video. I mean I could make it clean and sterile but I thought honestly that this is unique in some way . I don't really have an idea on how to make a different one so if you have something do suggest

I get the whole "create intrigue" type stuff, but for me it gives a bad first impression, like it makes it seem like your video will be haphazardly put together. It's insanely difficult (at least for me) to balance style vs substance. I don't know much about the Night Land, but I'd remove most of the other stuff (like the question mark, dark souls cover, Night Land book on the left and the thing on the bottom right). I like the pyramid image & the 2 characters, so try to keep focus on that. As JustEkim said, the text is good. Try playing around with focus and blurring of stuff like the background. I think the pyramid is the most striking element, keep that 100%.

I get you put a ton of work into it, but audiences don't care about the work sadly. The thumbnail is difficult to try to find a central element. The text is good, but then it's difficult to really follow.

it gets the point across, and you understand every element of the thumbnail in like a second
